# Roadmap

## Phase 1 — Live

The core verification loop is live on Base mainnet.

* Telegram bot intercepts joins in registered groups
* Canvas AI agent conducts the verification conversation
* Kimi scores transcripts and gates payout
* USDC released to group owner wallet on passing score
* 10% platform fee at contract level
* Advertiser receives transcript + Kimi score + onchain tx hash per verification

## Phase 2 — Re-verification

* Periodic re-verification of existing group members (configurable cadence, default: 30 days)
* Passing re-verification triggers a payout at the same rate as a new join
* Mod and admin wallet splits configurable per group
* Re-verification campaigns purchasable separately from join campaigns

Target: Q3 2026

## Phase 3 — Permissionless marketplace

* Self-service group registration (no manual approval)
* Group owner staking (anti-sybil)
* Cross-group identity flagging
* Completion velocity caps per campaign
* Post-campaign advertiser quality feedback
* Tiered payout caps by group verification tier

Target: Q4 2026

## Phase 4 — Solana

* Escrow contract on Solana
* Solana Pay integration for advertiser funding
* Superteam Canada partnership for ecosystem distribution

Target: 2027

* Multiple concurrent advertisers per group with impression share split by bid rank
* Canvas API for direct pipeline integration (AI labs pulling verified completions programmatically)
* Group analytics dashboard (verification rate, pass rate, bid history, revenue over time)
* Task library of pre-built advertiser briefs activatable without a direct advertiser relationship
